Day of itinerary. Why it’s important to keep your sanity.

Lets face it, wedding day stress is a real thing. But you can definitely do some things to reduce the day of stress. Top of that list is a well thought out itinerary. Why you may ask? Having a time breakdown for your bridal party, family and vendors helps to answer all the random questions that come up throughout the day. Being asked these questions over and over during your wedding day will take away from the overall experience of the day! Addressing these questions from the beginning will help to steer the ship when you are doing your thing, whether that is getting ready with hair and makeup, taking some breathtaking photos, or staging up for the big walk down the aisle. Just remember, the day will fly by. So do everything that you can to be in the moment. Soak it in, and let the day just be.

The itinerary also helps your venue, or day-of, coordinator take care of all the little things in the background that you may never know is happening. At Century Farms, our staff uses the itinerary sheet to make sure vendors are set up and ready to roll when you are ready to go. They use it to make sure all the guests are where they need to be, and to make sure that everything is running like a well oiled machine so all you have to do is just enjoy the day.
