JOB DESCRIPTION: EVENT STAFF

Event Staff are responsible for supporting venue operations during weddings, fundraisers, and other special events at Century Farms. Event Staff are also responsible for supporting post-event cleaning efforts the day of event.

Event Staff provide timely and proactive support in areas including but not limited to: set-up/breakdown of tables and chairs as directed; traffic control; parking; guest relations; sanitation; trash removal; general cleanup. This position requires professional customer service; good communication skills and a solid work ethic.

Weekend work is required for all Event Staff. Uniform requirements are nice modest dark clothing and comfortable shoes. Starting wage $12-$15 per hour depending on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: CLEANING STAFF

Cleaning Staff are responsible for cleaning the Barn the morning after an event at Century Farms, and Villas after guests depart from a room stay (checkout is between 10am and noon) at Century Farms Inn.

Cleaning staff returns the barn to showroom ready conditioned with wiping down tables and chairs; sweeping; mopping; cleaning bathrooms and kitchens; wiping down all door glass, mirrors, and door handles. Cleaning staff also returns the Villas to showroom ready by cleaning and resetting the Villa Rooms to hotel standards; cleaning the Villa Common areas to Century Farms standards; cleaning all glass doors and handles; walking building perimeters for trash; turning off exterior lights; securing all perimeter doors.

Weekend work is required for all Cleaning Staff. Starting wage $12-$15 per hour depending on experience.

Individuals may choose to be a part of both teams to generate more hours and income.
